At WVIT our mission is to provide a fun and educational camp experience to students of all ages and levels. Students will be taught the modern game of tennis in a safe and fun environment while making new friends, staying active and improving their skills. We offer a camp for every level of player. Whether you are just starting out or are a seasoned tournament player, we have a camp for you. All of our camps are directed by 2017 USPTA Middle States Pro of the Year, David Price. 10 & Under Camp (ages 4-10) REGISTER HERE
10 and Under Camp will focus on motor skills, balance, sending and receiving skills and technique of strokes with appropriate sized equipment and courts. Emphsis is on fun!
Red Ball: Ages 4-8 | Orange Ball: Ages 9-10
Campers ages 4-6 are limited to half day morning camp.
This camp will teach students technique (control, placement and spin) for all shots and tactics needed to play the game. Mornings will be focused on technique and afternoons will be focused on tactics and match play. A camp tournament will be held at the end of each week to reinforce skills.
Green Ball with some Yellow Ball will be used for this camp.
Performance Camp (ages 13-18) REGISTER HERE
This camp is for juniors who play on their high school or middle school teams. Camp will focus on improving consistency, shot reliability, shot selection and tactics. Agility and footwork will be incorporated. A camp tournament will be held at the end of each week to reinforce skills.
Competitive Edge Camp (ages 11-18) REGISTER HERE
Competitive Edge is for juniors who regularly compete in USTA sanctioned tournaments and are committed to working hard and improving every day. Camp will focus on building strengths, improving weaknesses, tactics, and developing mental toughness. Conditioning and footwork will be incorporated. Approval from the tennis director/head pro is required to attend Edge Camp.

Girls' High School Camp REGISTER HERE
Camp will prepare high school girls for team tryouts and the upcoming high school season. Players will be taught technique and singles/doubles tactics needed to play the game. Conditioning will be an integral part of this camp. Mornings will be focused on technique and afternoons will be focused on tactics and match play.
